Classroom Observation I officially began my career as a student teacher in Spanish on August 25, 2014 at Memorial High School in Smallville, Ohio. I work under the guidance of Mrs. Santer, my mentor teacher, who has been introducing WMHS students to the wonderful world of languages for over 30 years.
Reflective teaching means looking at what you do in the classroom, thinking about why you do it, and thinking about if it works - a process of self-observation and self-evaluation. By collecting information about what goes on in our classroom, and by analysing and evaluating this information, we identify and explore our own practices and underlying beliefs.
Observation Reflection As I walked into the classroom for my first day of observations, I was greeted with a warm “Hello!” In fact, each time that I entered a new classroom I was given the same greeting. All of the teachers were more than happy to be helping a future.

Classroom Observation Report. Observation One I had the opportunity to go to an elementary school to do my observations for two different days. IntroductionThe following is a report of an English Language Teaching (ELT) classroom observation. The classroom observed for the purposes of this report was a third year undergraduate class who studied in Bari, Italy. Due to the nature of the teaching environment, this report has two points of discussion.
